Google Play er Google-platformen, der tilbyder apps, film, serier, magasiner, bøger og musik.
- Google Play er allerede installeret på Android-enheder som tablets og smartphones. Google Play kan også fås adgang til fra pc'en. For at få adgang til Google Play har du brug for en Google-konto. "Google Play Store" giver dig adgang til apps, musik, film og mere.
- Størstedelen af appudbuddet på Google Play kommer fra uafhængige udviklere. Der er gratis og betalte apps. Dette er et lille program, som du f.eks. Kan bruge til at modtage beskeder. De gratis apps finansieres ofte af reklamer.
- Film på Google Play kan købes eller lejes i en begrænset periode. Filmene fås i standard og normalt også i HD-kvalitet. Det samme gælder tv-serier.
- Med Google Play Musik tilbyder Google en streamingtjeneste såvel som en online shop for musik. Du kan også bruge den til at administrere din egen musik.
- Du kan gemme op til 50.000 musikstykker online fra din pc i skyen og få adgang til dem fra din smartphone, tablet og pc. Sange og albums, der er købt på Google Play, kan også opbevares gratis i skyen. Sange kan også gemmes offline, så du kan lytte til dem mens du er på farten.
