iTunes går ned - softwareopdatering
Frakobl først USB-forbindelsen mellem iPhone og PC, så der ikke er yderligere komplikationer. Derefter skal du tjekke din iTunes-version for opdateringer. Der er to måder, du kan opdatere iTunes på:
- I iTunes selv finder du en tilsvarende mulighed for at kontrollere iTunes for opdateringer. Hvis der er opdateringer, installeres disse derefter.
- Hvis iTunes også går ned her, skal du kigge efter programmet "Apple Software Update" på din computer. Opdateringer til iTunes kan også installeres her.

- Kabel: Hvis kablet eller forbindelsens kontakter er beskadiget, kan dette føre til komplikationer med iTunes. For eksempel fordi forbindelsen afbrydes igen og igen. Udskift om muligt USB-kablet. Ændring af USB-porten kan også hjælpe.

- Installation: Hvis iTunes fortsat har problemer, skal du kun geninstallere softwaren. Det gør du ved at downloade iTunes igen fra CHIP-downloadområdet.
- Skift: Alternativt kan du også synkronisere på en anden computer om nødvendigt.
